The process of making our Hot AF* Maple and Hot Sauce for Babies involves a straining step, which yields these sweet little nuggets of chili, maple and fermented fruit bits, which taste INCREDIBLE, so we thought 'Dang, we should make something with this!' and so we did. We added a lil' bit of fermented onion and a whole lot of coriander seed, and top it up with canola oil. We've been loving it on our Soba Noodle Salad, but it's incredible on everything from Steak, to Eggs, to Potatoes and everything in between.
