What do I do with my fresh or frozen pie once I'm home?
Our most asked question!
- Pies (with no perishable fillings) will remain fresh at room temperature for up to 2 days
- Pies containing fresh fruit, cream or custard must always be stored in the fridge
- Refrigerate pie in an air tight container for up to 1 week
- You may freeze your pie whole or sliced in an air tight container for up to 4 months
- Remove all packaging and thaw in the fridge or on the counter for 24h
- Reheat flaky crust pies (without dairy) in the oven at 350°F for 15-20 min before serving

How do I bake a frozen fruit pie?
These instructions are for frozen unbaked pies:
Pastry Topped Pies
DO NOT THAW - Remove pie from packaging and place onto a baking sheet. Brush the crust with milk or an egg wash. Bake at 350°F for 55 to 70 minutes. The pie will be ready when the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbling. Allow to cool before serving for best results.
Crumble Topped Pies
DO NOT THAW - Remove pie from packaging and place onto a baking sheet. Using a fork gently fluff the crumble topping. Bake at 350°F for 55 to 70 minutes. The pie will be ready when the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbling. Allow to cool before serving for best results.
Cheesecake Tips
Fresh Cheesecakes: should be kept refrigerated and enjoyed within 3 days. Extra slices can be frozen in an airtight container for up to 4 months.
Frozen Cheesecakes: to thaw, remove all plastic packaging, return to box or place on a plate and refrigerate for at least 12 hours or overnight. Once thawed, keep refrigerated and enjoy with in 3 days.
Dinner Pie Tips
9" Dinner Pie (All 9" dinner pies come frozen and unbaked)
DO NOT THAW - Remove from packaging and place frozen pie onto a baking sheet. Brush the crust with milk or an egg wash. Bake for 50 to 70 minutes at 375°F. The pie will be ready when the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbling. Allow to cool for 10 to 15 minutes before serving. Refrigerate unused portions immediately and enjoy within 2 days.
5" Dinner Pie (All 5" dinner pies come fully baked and frozen – This pie is fully cooked)
Reheating Instructions: For best rusults thaw completely, remove from bah and bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
How do I bake a 9" Shepherds Pie?
Thaw completely, remove lid and place onto a baking sheet. Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the center has reaches a minimum temperature of 165°F. Refrigerate unused portions immediately and enjoy within 2 days.
How do I bake a 9" Quiche?
All 9" Quiche come frozen and unbaked
DO NOT THAW - Bake from Frozen – Remove plastic bag and place quiche on a baking sheet. Cover the edges of the crust with aluminum foil to prevent overcooked edges.- Bake at 400°F for 50 to 60 minutes or until the center of the quiche is nicely set and not runny. Refrigerate unused portions immediately and enjoy within 2 days.
What's the best way to thaw one of your products?
Always thaw in the refrigerator for best results.
