Sovereign Coronation Grape Cheesecake

A true taste of Niagara grape season! Our September Cheesecake of the Month is made with local Sovereign Coronation grapes from Honey Valley Farms. These beautiful grapes have a mellow sweetness and just the right amount of tartness, making this cheesecake rich and creamy without being overly sweet.

Made on a graham cracker crumb base and served with our house-made Sovereign Coronation grape topping to spoon over the top. Trust us, the topping takes it to another level.
