Lemon Cranberry Almond Chess Pie

This is a spin on Beth’s absolute favourite pie. This is a cross between a lemon custard and a frangipane pie. Light lemon flavour with the mellow sweetness of almonds, the zing of lemon zest and the tang of fresh cranberries in our traditional flakey pastry. This pie is an absolute dream. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream.
