Participants will receive a top-secret pastry recipe. In class you will watch demonstrations and then complete the steps at their own station. You will receive hands-on assistance from instructors as you master the art of making pie pastry. You will leave class with a fully assembled pie which you can take home and bake right away or freeze for another day. You will also leave with 3 portions of extra dough that you can take home to freeze to use for another recipe.
