Pastry 101 – March 7th


Learn to perfect your pastry skills in the kitchen with Chef Beth. In this class you will prepare a large batch of pie pastry by hand with a pro at your side to answer all of your questions. You will leave the class with a 9 inch pie that you can take home to either bake or freeze to bake at another time, as well as enough pie pastry for 2 more pies to freeze.
